Johor Port Authority (LPJ) and Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), have set up Industry Vaccination Centre (PPVIN) for maritime and logistics sector workers, in support of the national COVID-19 immunisation programme (PICK) which started on 3 August 2021.

The programme is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Transport (MOT) together with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) and Ministry of Health (KKM) with LPJ and PTP to act as the co-host of the PPVIN.

After commencing operation for nearly three months, this biggest PPVIN for maritime and logistics sector workers in Malaysia, has successfully vaccinated 27,168 recipients and out of them, 7,075 are terminal users. 

This success would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication from all volunteers – PTP, LPJ and Gleneagles personnel. Therefore, this video below is dedicated to all these unsung heroes.
